Good news: Savings Rate Increase
Chorley Building Society is committed to providing long term value to our Members and supporting them, wherever they may be on their savings journey.
Our accounts do not directly track the Bank of England base rate, but following the base rate change increase in March, we are pleased to say that we are raising the interest rate across the majority of our savings accounts. This is taking place on the 12th April 2023 for a range of accounts and further accounts will increase on the 21st April 2023. For detailed information on these changes visit our website here.
If you hold any of the accounts where the interest rate has increased, you do not need to do anything and this will take effect from either the 12th April or the 21st April, depending on the account(s) you hold.
