Update: #NinerNationGives and Community Challenges

Be a part of #NinerNationGives 49ers Support UNC Charlotte Yesterday, hundreds of students, faculty, and staff made a gift in celebration of #NinerNationGives totaling over $88,000 from almost 460 donors. Today, with the help of UNC Charlotte alumni and friends like you, we can beat our record-breaking numbers from last year. #NinerNationGives ends at 11:59 pm tonight. Give now, and witness the power of community when Niners unite!  Take advantage of a matching or challenge gift opportunity to make your gift go even further. TIME SENSITIVE CHALLENGES Charlotte 49ers Matching Challenge An anonymous donor has generously agreed to match dollar for dollar up to $10,000 for support of the 49er Athletic Foundation for all gifts made on Friday, September 23. Jamil Niner Food Pantry Dhiaa Jamil, a 1978 alumnus and current Board of Trustees member, along with his wife, Hope, have offered to donate $5,000 to the Jamil Niner Food Pantry if 50 donors contribute to this fund from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. ALL DAY CHALLENGES Venture Challenge The Ecology Wildlife Foundation will donate $5,000 to the Venture Program if 49 donors support the program during #NinerNationGives. Levine Scholars Program Match The Leon Levine Foundation has challenged UNC Charlotte to match a $50,000 gift to the Levine Scholars Program before May 31, 2017. With your help, we can get one step closer to meeting this challenge during #NinerNationGives. 49er Family Fund Challenge The UNC Charlotte Parent and Family Advisory Council has issued a matching gift challenge. They will match dollar-for-dollar, up to $12,000, all donations to the 49er Family Fund. Graduate School Match For every dollar that we raise for the Graduate School, Dean Reynolds will give $10 to the Faye Jaques Memorial Fellowship, up to $25,000. Make an exponential impact with your gift.
