Re: [PanicZone] new aussie member
Hi Joe.
I spent a lot of money finding various non medical practitioners who could help me.Finally got the help.I found what works for me.My practitioner just loves knowing what progress I'm making.
Chris.

Hi.
I've just joined this group.
I have ocd, agoraphobia and chronic fatigue syndrome (cfs). Its a great mixture.Makes a mess of your life.
I'm dealing with my life as best possible. The ocd stopped me doing many things. It changed me,it changed the way I look.My life is somewhat boring because of my problems.I'm functioning in my mind very well.I've been treated by an alternative health care practitioner so most of the ocd has gone. The cfs has eased off and I'm making great progress. These last 10 months have been extremely busy as I have gone through my entire time and have removed the items I would through out.Its so clean now.My practitioner calls in for a visit regularly and he's amazed at how much I've changed. That must be a good feeling for him.
I'll keep this email brief.
Thanks.
Chris.

have a panic attack is that it will pass
whether it passes quickly or slowly
depends whether I drop the idea of it
being dangerous or not.
