Re: [PanicZone] WELL GUYS

Okay,I'm to try and describe this thing for you slowly.
Marijuana is a hallucigenic chemically. Like acid.
I went to counseling for many years with a doctor who had worked alot in the late sixties and beyond.
These brain drugs can bring up all this shit in your psyche.Stuff you'd never normally be aware of but not comes up .
Some of up comes up say as replays and you don't recognize it.
But those of us who do succumb to thishorrible past anxiety problems, are usually people who never really dealt with it years ago. Identiy problems, normal teenage stuff.
Drugs can be fun , interesting but also dangerous emotionally.

Subject: [PanicZone] WELL GUYS

TODAY I DECIDED NOT TO TAKE MY MEDICATION AM JUST TIRED OF FEELING VERY TIRED
AND WEAK WITH MUSCLE PAIN AND BEING DRUGGY ALL DAY LONG
MY NEIGHBOR TOLD ME THAT SHE TOOK HER ANXIETY MEDICATION FOR 3 YRS AND
SHE QUIT COLD TURKEY AND SHE DIDNT GET ANY SIDE EFFECTS
I GUESS WHEN U QUIT TAKING YOUR MEDICATION YOU ARE WORRIED CAUSE YOU THINK
THAT BY NOT TAKING IT YOU GONNA GET A PANIC ATTACK BUT BY GETTING WORRIED
YOU ARE CREATING THE STRESS

I KEEP THINKING FOR WEEKS HOW DID I GET THIS CRAPPY DISORDER OUT OF THE BLUE
CAUSE IN MY PAST LIFE I HAD STRESS BUT THE NORMAL STRESS THE ONE EVERYONE HAS
THE ONLY THING THAT POPS UP IN MY MIND IS THAT I SMOKED POT FOR 30 YRS
AND I QUIT A YEAR AGO SO MAYBE THATS WHAT TRIGGER MY ANXIETY I DONT KNOW
I BEEN TRYING TO FIND AN EXPERT ON THIS FIELD AND ASK HIM BUT SO FAR I DONT HAVE
NO ANSWERS

The only thing that can happen when I
have a panic attack is that it will pass
whether it passes quickly or slowly
depends whether I drop the idea of it
being dangerous or not.
