My name is Jessica I'm 26 and have dealt with anxiety issues and panic since I was 13. Im new to the group. How long have you been dealing with anxiety and panic? Has it got worse the longer you have had it?

The only thing that can happen when I
have a panic attack is that it will pass
whether it passes quickly or slowly
depends whether I drop the idea of it
being dangerous or not.
