For the most part, I'm really happy I left him. I don't miss him at all.
You'd think I was better after leaving him but in a lot of ways, I'm not. I
constantly have memories/flashbacks and some things trigger the anxiety more
than others. Unfortunately, I deal with other disabilities besides the
anxiety. I wasn't going to mention this because I am afraid of being judged.
I'm not taking meds at all. I don't even know if they would help.

have a panic attack is that it will pass
whether it passes quickly or slowly
depends whether I drop the idea of it
being dangerous or not.
