What kind of help are you getting?
Meds? , Behavioural, or both?

Hello,
 
I just joined this group.  I have panic disorder and agoraphobia.  I'm housebound.  My name is Donna, I live in Charleston, SC with my sister and niece.  My sister is prone to panic attacks also.   I'm 52 years old.   I hope that I can give help to others with panic and anxiety problems.  Also, as for agoraphobia, I can go outside on the porch but only go to the doctor every 6 months.  Even then, I've gotten scared to go to my doctor.  I also have arthritis.   Thank you for welcoming into your group.

The only thing that can happen when I
have a panic attack is that it will pass
whether it passes quickly or slowly
depends whether I drop the idea of it
being dangerous or not.
