Hi Jim,
Welcome to the group. I suffer from anxiety along with depression.
My anxiety started from me having episodes of being held hostage in
bed (sleep paralysis). My depression stems from me having so many
deaths in my family and not being treated right in my family. Nice to
meet you. Hope to talk to you soon.
