You need to talk to your therapist about this.
Doesn't sound like a sign of multiple personalities to me.
Usually,withmultiplepersonalities, you have many blankouts of memory.
I know I have many lucid dreams. And many are about my dead family members.
Tons if shit you need to work out.
A great therapist is needed.

I have my dead family members inside me and they would like to talk
but I'm fearful of doing this in front of people where I'd get called
crazy. So they talk to me and only me. They're thinking of talking
with my psych and therapist. Is this a sign of multiple personalities
or what? How should I treat this?

The only thing that can happen when I
have a panic attack is that it will pass
