I can hear them. Sometimes my leg or my eye jumps; they could be
trying to touch me. They say they don't want to talk to nobody else
but psych and therapist. They wanna actually come out and talk to
them; at least my dead sister Penny does.

have a panic attack is that it will pass
whether it passes quickly or slowly
depends whether I drop the idea of it
being dangerous or not.
