The psych on the psych floor at the hospital started me taking these when I was admitted but I'll show my main psych when I go to her.

Two sets. One larger than the other one.
With instructions.
The larger balls feel better to me.

And Jo, I don't think they are any miracle thing.
More like me, years ago, after I first got so sick, and a boyfriend, a new one, Found this black marble on the floor at the school where he worked. He gave it to me, to remind me that although I thought I was losing my marbles, here was my marbles to keep me sane. And I kept that marble in my pocket to squeeze. Helped keep me grounded a bit.
