Hi Kathleen welcome to the group. I'm 27, totally blind, and have
anxiety and depression. I got diagnosed in September of last year.
I've been hospitalized last month and I recently had ear surgery last

The only thing that can happen when I
have a panic attack is that it will pass
whether it passes quickly or slowly
depends whether I drop the idea of it
being dangerous or not.
