Re: [PanicZone] I increased my Lexapro

Thanks Christina,

I still had some anxiety/panic as I was trying to get to sleep last night
for maybe an hour or two. But the panic didn't hit me as strong as it has
been, so I guess the Lex is helping a little.

I just want to feel better! And I want to stop feeling weak about
increasing my meds and not just working through this on my own :-(
I can't win either way!

Not feeling too great today, but going to try and have a better day.

The only thing that can happen when I
have a panic attack is that it will pass
whether it passes quickly or slowly
depends whether I drop the idea of it
