Re: [PanicZone] Re:

Hi Brian

Yeah I still get anxious at home too. Most of  the time is when I am thinking or worrying about silly stuff  which I do A LOT regardless of where I am .,,I'm really trying to work on that  whole " fortune  telling " thought process where I worry and worry about whatever it is and then when I finally get to whatever "it" was.... I am fine.. I hate that :( Anyways I do find that walking the Dog helps tremendously !!. I make it a point to walk her at least once a day for both of our well being :)

Farah -

I am pretty much the same way as you, I do work full time but once I am done
with work and on weekends I usually just spend my time at home with my wife and
dogs. I wasn't always this way though, especially in my drinking days (which are
long gone now). If there was going to be booze somewhere I was pretty much
always game to go.

I do tend to get anxious once in while sitting around the house for extended
periods of time, and I find that even taking a short walk can do a world of good
sometimes.
