Yes I try to do chores I verbally talk myself down I'm aware that I get unprovoked (seemingly) panic attacks and that they pass if I do certain things. Knowing they are not what they seem to be (impending death) helps. Having meds nearby helps. Taking a med if it won't go away helps. Actually the med does a nice job on not only an attack but on THE FEAR OF MORE ATTACKS, and just knowing I have meds helps.
