Hi,
My name is Debbie. I'm 48 & I've also had panic disorder with agoraphobia & anxiety. I had it very severe. I was diagnosed with this in 1998 although I've improved with the panic & agoraphobia. I still suffer from a lot of anxiety. I know how hard it is. But there is hope. I've been panic free since June of 2004 & have improved alot on agoraphobia. Don't give up.
Where are you from? I'm from Kentucky.

Hi everyone! I'm so excited to have somewhere to go to interact with people suffering like me. I have Panic disorder w/Agoraphobia. It started about 15yrs ago although I remember having the occasional anxiety attack as far back as 22 yrs. I had this thing kicked for the most part for almost 5 yrs and this past Jan it came back full force. I'm slowly seeing some improvements but still not anywhere near where I need to be. It's been tough as I am sure you all know.

The only thing that can happen when I
have a panic attack is that it will pass
whether it passes quickly or slowly
depends whether I drop the idea of it
being dangerous or not.
