[PanicZone] Hello all
I'm Marc. I have been looking for a support group that has to do with the illness that I and others deal with every day. I'm just looking for people to talk to. However I can also be a good listener, if someone needs someone to talk to; I can lend an ear.
I know what it's like to deal with anxiety and panic as well as depression. They go hand in hand sometimes.
So, if anyone wants to talk please feel free to respond.
