Are all you ladies in this group American? I am Welsh and live in Wales, I only realized you might all be American because I see you talking about insurance, I understand that you have no National Health Service in America, all our treatment over here is free on the N.H.S, but unfortunately, treatment for mental health issues are really slow, I am on a two year waiting list for cognitive thepary. I could go private but it costs a stupid amount of money, on average about £100.00 per hour, so i,m waiting!!

No, we are not by any means all American - I am from the UK too, living in Hampshire, right down south. Yes private help for mental health issues can be expensive here, but can be very reasonable too - not all therapists charge the earth Don't give up, keep searching and you will find a good one, like I did.

Hi June, My name is Jan, Shwmae (Hello in welsh), I think you are the lady that gave me the emofree site, thanks for that I have looked at it - really very good, I have not downloaded the eft you recommended, only because this is my husbands computer and he does not like me downloading anything on it. I really have had no luck finding a reasonably priced therapist, no joke, all the therapists I have phoned so far average £100. per hr - way out of my pocket!! but like you say I will not give up.

I'm American, and have Medicare insurance as I a disabled mostly due to PTSD and anxiety and pain from fibromyalgia.
