How are you? I hope you're excited to hear about the first part of our stay. Well, we've just checked in at the hotel and you'll never guess what Max Berliner, it IS as MAGICAL as everybody says! The fire was crackling as we walked in, and the girls on reception gave us warmest welcome by telling us everything we needed to know and guiding us straight to our room. Incredible service! Oh and wait until you find out what we received in our room on arrival...
